Christian and his crew got my entire basement done in one afternoon. He explained the process thoroughly and really knows what he is talking about. We continued to have water issues in one corner of the basement, and Christian made 2 trips back to my house to look at it, try to solve the problem, and brainstorm what could be causing the issue. He was absolutely a man of his word and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. It was determined to be a problem with our external plumbing, and Christian even volunteered to assist with that although the problem was not related to his service. Excellent business man. True to his word and responded very quickly. I would highly recommend Sundahl restoration.

Christian is extremely responsive and honest. We were extremely pleased with his work. The work took 2 days, A few days after it was completed, the musty smell was gone and the cinder blocks were drying. Christian even returned on a Saturday to fix a part of the wall that was still wet. Not a month later, and just as we finished our basement renovation, our neighbors had a water main break, and the water came pouring through the corner of our shared townhouse wall. The basement stayed completely dry despite the sump pump pumping out more than 4600 gallons of water! Our investment has already paid for itself.

Christian and his team did a fantastic job. They were thorough, respectful of our house, and charged a reasonable rate compared to competing quotes. Christian was also very thoughtful when it came to coming up with creative solutions to help us achieve our objectives at a reasonable cost for the project. Christian was here personally during the project and had a large, knowledgeable staff with him. We were very impressed with the pace at which they were able to work. We also appreciated that they left our house in good condition and that Christian personally came back the day after work was completed to re-attach our washer/dryer. We would definitely recommend Sundahl to others.

Christian was excellent . He completely explained what work need to be done and how it would be done. He followed up after completion to make sure everything was working properly and there were no issues. His men were excellent the day the job was completed. They were respectful of our home and left no mess behind. Excellent crew !!

Excellent experience. Christian is very responsive and a quality contractor who uses good materials and has a relatable crew. I interviewed a few others but went with Sundahl because I had confidence they would get the job done without issues – which was the case.

I used Angie’s list to find a company to help with a flooding problem. I requested a quote from three companies. Sundahl responded within the hour (even though it was after 9 pm). They were not the right company to do what we were looking for. But they spent the time to understand what we needed and point me in the right direction. If this professionalism is any indication of their work, they would be the perfect company to hire.

After talking with a number of different companies and getting bids, we went with Christian Sundahl because he had the most sensible approach, was willing to handle some simple redo work that was not related to the main job (basement waterproofing), and was competitively priced. We also were impressed by his responsiveness right from the start – and I can’t say enough about how responsive he has been, even after the job was completed and paid for. We will use him again if/when other redo needs arise.

Christian, the owner, was the contact point man all the way through the job. He is courteous, professional and attentive. He clearly explained the details of the job, including the materials to be used, from beginning to end. He and his team were punctual and completed the job on time. There were some issues that they ran into as they began the work, and Christian called immediately to apprise us of the problem and how they would proceed. The job was neatly done and everything was cleaned up after them. I called Christian with questions before, during and after the job, and every time, he graciously spent time with me addressing every concern or question. We were impressed by Christian’s concern for the welfare of his workers. The original day the job was scheduled turned out to be one of the days that the temps were around zero and wind chill was below zero. Christian called me to ask if we could reschedule because he wanted to avoid having his men going in and out of the cold all day in their shirtsleeves. Of course we agreed. It’s nice to see someone treat their employees with respect! So overall, it was a great experience to work with Sundahl Restoration. We have already recommended him to our next door neighbor and, oh yes, his price was the best of four estimates that we received!
